    Damn I forgot about that...I mean I know that machine isnt as accurate as using calipers. But I totally forgot about the water retention. Sometimes after not not working out on the weekends my weight has dropped up to 5 lbs...is that the water? My blood pressure is kinda high too...wish I had used an AI my first time around...

    I'm not much when it comes to being know-it-all but your body is at its closest REAL weight when you wake up. Your stomach is usually empty and water has been exerted from your system overnight through sweat and such. Weigh yourself in the morning, that's how you'll know your real closest weight.
