    Unless you need to drop water weight to make class or get dry and ripped there's no specific reason to stop creatine supplementation unless you don't have the money or just don't want to use it. It's an incredibly safe and effective OTC supplement, probably the most effective outside whey protein.

    You're friends with the owner?? I love that site and totally recommend it also. My brother was the one to put me on to it. Looking at the contributors to the site several big names pop up.
