    Macros and losing or gaining?

So after one say calculates their macros and say loses their 1-2 lbs a week. What then? So they have to recalculate based on the new weight next week? Each week? I am confused about something.

If progress slows and you are consistantly eating the exact macros...take away another 200 calories or add in some cardio. For me, I prefer cardio. I hate to feel hungry.

if you're currently following any specific ratio of carbsrotein:fats, then you take calories off each macro in your specific proportion.

if not, i would take 200 off carbs.
