Mockery I posted this in a thread I believe in the HRT Forum a few months ago. A few guys, Bass included, came back with positive results after implementing it.

+1 here.. Mine was getting very high and I was concerned. Implemented arginine/citrulline and is much better now. Even read 120/68 the other day.Originally Posted by kelkel

popped my cherry yesterday doing shoulders
woke up today with pain in shoulder not muscle pain... like the ball is out of the joint and just needs a good pop.
when i reach across my body or away from body, if i try to mimic a over head press motion or bench press motion. Pain and little to no control or movement in my arm. Hello mr rotator cuff.
i did broom stick stretching this morning and it was fine but 12 hours later it seems angry. any suggestions?
^mri
Have it looked at soon if it doesn't improve in the very near future. Try not to compensate by keeping your shoulder hunched up and as much as possible gently move it through your complete range of motion.
There's a sticky on homemade icepacks in the injury forum. You might want to give it a peek.

Ive been doing close grip bench with a skull crusher super set but I'm thinking about going super heavy with close grip bench and using the smith.

Yeh close grip bench press and over head db or lying db extentions. I also do close grip bp on the Smith and incorporate forced and negs. I also swap and change movements around and I'm extremely strong on arms. When I do db over head ext it looks like my arm will snap with the size of the bell. Love it lol.
I have to train my arms heavy and intense for them to grow and I also do a lot lower bicep work because it's amazing what it can do to the over all look,
