Ya, no idea what a shunt or cannula is. Not even sure where my head is although I have been told its up my ass somewhere. Lol

I ALWAYS shower before pinning. Been on TRT for over a year and currently on my 3rd cycle and I still shower before pinning. I just find it makes things that much easier and I have a good clean routine.
