Damn man I am 54 and been back in the Gym 14 mths after a 25 year break and my guns refuse to peak they will puff up and never really get stone hard ? 54 may be part of it ? I need a new Biceipt rotine standard stuuf does not get results for me well they will not keep up with my shoulder and I barly even hit delts or traps ?
