Hey now brother buzz I'm almost 52 and I still get great swells on biceps day and pack some pretty big guns for a 190 lb er. I switch my bicep routine up about every 5 or 6 wks but I always keep cable curls as a staple part of it. Remember to peak your biceps at the top of your movements and go full range every rep. Start with weight that allows strict form and go heavier every opportunity that allows for proper technique. You'll see them grow !

However I train about 10 times a mth with guys my age and they have spent more $$$ and also HGH and they blow me away ? I am larger than most at my Gym especially for my age but all my life even in my 20 my Bicepts would not get that peak or rock solid hard ? Wonder if just genitics ? I did take a 25 year break and been back 14 mths . Can't burn that last 1/4 in from ab section and desire more from Bicepts ? Strangly Tricepts are responding better than I had hoped also ?
Little things about age piss me off I am very happy with life now compared to 14 mths ago but I can't read this damn small print even with my grand paw glasses . . . lol !
