Well that makes sense then because you are traveling.
I was just curious why you would rather train bis then do back the very next day then rest for three apposed to bis, rest, back then off off new routine. For me in my head i rather give the bis 48 hours more or less to recover to achieve a greater back work out.

(Don't really like day shift but it's just for today). Got in 30 min. on the treadmill this morning. Scheduled to work 12 hrs. today; if I can escape earlier I'll hit shoulders this evening. If not it will be in the morning.
