Does anyone think if possible to cut him down to a respectful bf eating fast food at McD?
Of course it is but would it be healthy? Probably not!

I am not a proponent of fast food. I can't imagine anyone eating fast food and getting down to 15% bf except for a few genetically gifted.

I still do not want to believe that anyone can get down to 15% bf by eating McD or Twinkies.

This is completely possible as long as your under TDEE. This was proved before with a junk food diet. You are eating more calorie dense food therefore need less to reach your goal, leaving you more hungry more often throughout the day

Was there not a guy on tv a few years ago that ate McDonalds for ages and had organ damage after it all. Super-size me or something it was called.
