Thread: pinned my quads before and couldnt walk for a week, do i risk trying it again ????

    I haven't has an issue with eod delts through 5 cycles. I prob will at some point though huh Boyd?

    like I said eventually it will catch up to you(scar tissue)...unless your some sort of superhuman...it happens to everyone at some point...have you started to notice more blood when you pull the needle out yet?...is it getting harder to push in?...is dispensing the gear become a struggle(as in dose pushing the plunger seem harder?) if you answer yes to any of these questions its time to give those spots a break and try a new muscle...

    Yeah bro. Once in a while it feels like the oil doesn't want to go in at all. I have to use a lot of pressure. I def want to rotate more but like I was saying, ive tried glute and quads a couple times and was in serious limp mode for several days. What the hell am I doing wrong? I used upper right quadrant of my glute, and where my thumb lands on my quad on the front but off to the side a bit.

    sound as though your doing it right...you just have to start doing it more and eventually the pip will get less and less as you get better at the technique...I too got bad pip when I first used glutes and quads but now pip is very minimal...
