The first step is admitting you have a problem - baahahaa. I know the feeling man the lethargy sucks. I had the same thing and just took naps when I could. Or maybe try to ween yourself off by reducing the daily intake a little bit over a week or so. I was drinking 3-4 red bulls a day at one point and I knew that wasn't good.
Yeah we definitely have TE issues and IND is hot, no doubt. We had a nice rest week and still have a few more days to prep.. Gonna be a nail biter.
