Just got done legs myself. Spoke earlier of going with giant sets (ext-presses-squats) but soon realized it was too much time involved changing weight to facilitate squats on my own. So, after warm ups did two supersets of heavy extensions immediately followed by vertical presses. First set hurt. Second set half way through presses it felt like my legs were gonna explode. It literally cut my reps in half. Great feeling and recommend it to you guys. Throw a wrench into your training on occasion and shock the muscle.
Finished with one set of moderate weight squats to failure. Headed to seated curls and got one good set in. On the second set, mid way through the weight arm suddenly let loose on its own and fell, the machine jumped to my right and some weight fell off. WTF. Found one of the internal pins snapped. Hopefully I can order a replacement tomorrow, dammit. Finished with the usual calf stuff.
