Test E & HGH First Cycle - what PCT??

Hi Guys

Pretty set on my first cycle now. Just working out if HGH is going to be worth the extra investment!

For an 8 week run of 500mg/week Test E, how does this look:

500iu/week HCG
.25/week ai (arimidex)

I know to start PCT two weeks after my last jab, but not sure what to take. Nolva?? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
