145-160/80 could be due to small cuff, get one of those Omron wrist BP monitors, they are very accurate and one size fits all. I tested it against the one my doc uses and its right on. if your monitor is correct then I suggest taking Arginene. how long you been on TRT? if you started recently its your body getting adjusted. mine went high on TRT then stabilized, now that I am on T3 cycle I take Arginene to keep it down, and its below normal.

I personally won't invest in the wrist monitors. Generally speaking, the closer the read is performed to the heart (axillary/arm bands) the more accurate the read. I've seen far less variability in those sphygmomanometers than the wrist devices.

    Just my opinion.

Agreed. I usually disregard any reading from a wrist cuff, because they tend to read way high (an all bets are off when someone is in shock and shunting).

Each to his own. but the last two I owned were spot on compared to the one used at the doc's office. not saying its the best but good enough and convenient.

I;ve been using the one at rite aid which is for 13in and under arms, mine are around 17 so that could be it.

    NO, it's a tumor. J/K
Mine has been up to 190/ 108 several times and way at 150/90 consistently but I know what it was from. I married a Filipino. No lie. lol It's funny, the last several months things have been much better (knock on wood) and without meds it is now consistently 120-130/80.

I'm not an easy person to get stressed but I guess getting older and pushing the right buttons even I can be effected.

Check your life, surroundings and see if that is effecting any of it. I also agree with the to small cuff theory. Mine are also around 17, 18 at their best and those store BP checkers just dont work for me. They have to use the bigger sleeve for me also. It's nice when the nurse looks at you and says OH, I need to go find the bigger cuff.
