So I decided to start a bulk a month ago, I was weighing 160 lbs at the beginning and now I'm weighing 170 lbs. The thing is why do I feel fatter? I definitely gained some belly fat, but I dont understand why if I was carefully counting my calories, macros etc all throughout. I have to admit, because I'm a busy college student I would eat one sometimes two fast food meals a day, but I always made sure the meals fitted into my macros and I wouldn't go overboard on my daily caloric limit? I dont understand why I'm not making that much progress muscle wise as well? I heard many times that 'it doesnt matter where your calories come from but as long as you dont exceed your daily caloric limit you'll be fine'. I need some information about this subject, should I go back to eating nasty dry chicken breast? -____-
Do you guys ever eat fast food on a bulk? If so, how often?
