I would run Prami from start, not just wait for prolactin problems. It'll help you sleep to.

What doses are a good start for prami? is it .5mg to start and titrate to 1mg per day? I have heard it can make people very sleepy, is it best just to take it at night?
How harsh is the ED from Tren use? Is this usually a side of high prolactin?
Appreciate the responses guys.
It makes me really nauseas if I start right away at .5. I usually do .2 for a few days then .5 then eventually up to 1mg if I feel the need to. Majority of the time I just stay steady at .5mg though. It will make you sleepy and might upset your stomach so before bed is best.
ED i'm assuming you're referring to erectile dysfunction? I run my Test higher then my Tren and don't experience any issues with ED, I also take small dosages of cialis daily when I run tren. I have experienced a little more difficulty being able to climax while on tren which isn't always a problem lol.
I couldn't give you an accurate answer in reference to if your prolactin being the cause of your ED without looking through some of my old findings, from what I remember high PRL can lead to ED. Nothing I've personally experienced though. Might want one of the guys to help confirm that for me or shed more light on it.
I appreciate the info Johnnny!
Would anyone recommend running the Anavar for the last 5 weeks of this cycle? Or should I just stick with the Test/Tren?
What kind of on cycle support should I be running with this? I am already upping my h2o intake have vitamin/mineral/fish oil supplements. Should I get liver support? Something like N2Guard?
You're fine with prami and adex for your cycle support. You can get injectable b12 if you want.
I don't know if I would run Tren for 12 weeks if I were you. I normally run my Tren at 6-8 weeks max. You can use anavar if you want, i wouldn't waste my time with it though if you're only running it for 5 weeks.
See how you do with Tren/Test first before introducing a 3rd compound.
