are you still currently smoking 2 packs a day? is that 20 or 40/day?
taking everything into consideration, i would say its safer to bring down your chol, instead of leaving it alone.
and to bring it down, you can either do this:
Cholesteroff from Walmart-follow directions
Fish oil-800-1000mg ED
Add a serving of oat meal a day and re-check in 4-6 weeks
plus
NIacin
NAC
Red yeast rice
or do this: crestor 10mg ed.
