Ok guys, ive been so focused on AAS that I think I may have been skimping on supplements. I currently take NO Explode as a Pre Workout, and Whey Protein post work out shake (Gold Standard). Ive been suffering with a good bit of achiness, especially in my shoulders after workouts that seems to linger into the next day even sometimes.
