    By the way, vitamin D3 is very important with many many health benefits, even if not noticeable. I would try to get in the upper 1/3 range if you can. Super cheap here in the states in which I take 12,000iu daily (based on blood work so not everyone will need this much).

    I run around 24 with no AI. I slightly elevated my test to pull up my E a while back and got it to 34. Libido was better there but everything else status quo.

    I normally run 5K per day and one 50K D2 per week which kept me at about 80. I started tanning for a while, retested and shot up to 118. So, when tanning I no longer take the D2. Amazing what a little tanning did.
