Your E is not that high in reality so don't panic or take drastic action that could then put you at the opposite extreme. Yes, I feel that amount could easily crash your E. It really sucks to crash your E. Lot's of guys here can tell you that. It's your call what you do but small, incremental changes are best and before you test again you need to be stable with it.

20-30 is the recommended range per the Life Extension Foundation and it's with a Sensitive Assay, specific to males. Those numbers are guidelines and should be based on how you feel as well. I feel best in the low 30's but can't maintain it.
