Its called being guilty by association. You don't have to actually do anything wrong. People like to say/pretend you are innocent until proven guilty but just look at anyone who is ever accused of rape, molesting or steroid use. You are considered guilty even after you have been found innocent.

You would have to show your face. I suggest NOT showing your screen name to remain anonymous. This competition does not mention supplementation. There is no rules in this contest as far as what supplements you choose to use.

Is there anyway that faces be shown to you/staff to make sure its the same person, but when posted to the public it could be blurred out?

Here is the deal about showing your faces:

We are using these competitions to help others get motivated and to shock people with the results one can obtain in a hardcore 90 day competition. This contest is no different than the NPC or IFBB. Each month, THOUSANDS of men and women show up on stages all over the world to compete in these types of "bodybuilding/Fitness/Physique" competitions. Are they using steroids? Some do and some dont. This would be no different. We will have some guys who will use and others who wont. You're all adults, so that decision is up to you. I am hearing from a some of the natural guys who say they are going to beat the mankini's off of the steroid users.

This is a transformation contest, this isn't based on how HUGE you can get. Its the overall transformation from where you were 90 days ago to where you are when its over. Do you need steroids for that? That is your choice, but we will require to see your face.

Some people will avoid the contest due to the name of our website and that is 100% okay and understandable. This is a trial run on this idea and I am only doing it because I think it may be FUN to put on. If this goes well, we will host this event at "BodyContest.com" and we can put the "guilty by association" issue to bed. I'm developing this idea on the fly, so nothing is set in stone and everything can change. It should be fun to watch.

Body Transformation Contest


Rules: No Rules on Supplementation. All supplements are allowed.

Video Requirements:

1. HD Video should be shot on Iphone, Galaxy, HD Video Camera, etc…
(Video Quality is Important. Poor Video Quality May Effect Results)

2. Make sure the lighting is bright and your physique is free of shadows. (Shadows must not be present so the judges can see your body clearly)

3. Choose a distance from the camera that you like the best.
KEEP THIS SAME DISTANCE FOR ALL VIDEOS

4. There will be 4 Videos required. Each video should be no longer than 2.5 minutes each.



Contest Video Submissions:

1. Find a solid white or soft color wall to stand in front of. This wall should be used for all 4 videos. (Introduction, 30 day update, 60 day update, and Final)

2. When shooting the video, choose a distance that shows your entire body clearly. (NOTE: This distance should be same for all 4 videos)

3. Print your “Contest Identification” information from your confirmation email and place clearly on wall behind you. This should be visible throughout all 4 of your videos.

4. Contestants should wear shorts or underwear. Posing trunks are not necessary, but are welcome. NO SHIRTS ALLOWED

5. Vocal Requirements for Each Video

Introduction Video:
1. State your Name, Age, Weight, and Location.
2. Tell us what your goals are for this challenge.


30-Day Update Video:
1. State your Name and Weight
2. Give us an update on how things are going and how you feel.

60-Day Update Video:
1. State your Name and Weight
2. Give us an update on how things are going and how you feel.


90-Day Final Video:
1. State your Name and Weight
2. Tell us how about your experience and how you feel.
3. In less than 2 minutes, what would you say to other people who are thinking of taking this 90 day challenge? Give those who are watching your video some motivation and encouragement.



6. Each of the required poses should be 5 seconds each.

This is a great idea. I only wish the start date could be a bit further away than a month so i could fit it in. I think quite a few peoples timing will be out with with short notice. Is the start date set in stone or could it go back slightly?
