    Damn bro you look great. Keep up the hard work. I can't hardly stand the starving feeling all day and thats why i probably wont ever get down to the BF your at.

    You don't have to starve yourself bro! As you can see from Slim's macro's he's not starving by any means. Just have to dial in your diet and figure out what works for you. I personally weigh 200 lbs. and can cut off 3000+ cals.

    Although I am starving but i not ultra low cals. Just hard workouts and cardio keep me burning these calories up..
    Well today I get 255 pro 310 carbs and 40 fat.. These carb days I look forward to!!

    ha ha tear up those carbs today son! Yeah I like your coaches style...feed the muscle with adequate cals and then use your workouts and cardio to burn excess cals thus leading to a leaner physique overall!
