exactly. If its for BPH or Blood pressure-every day. Situationally if its gonna be an active day so to speak id up it to 15-20mg personally. Now if taking it every day you dont have to do that. the 5mg daily takes care f that aspect as well

Jimmy I've got one more. I take it everyday. And it's great. I noticed a difference right away. But if I'm going to be taking it "situationally" when should the dose be taken. For example I take 5 mg every morning. And I've taken 30 on a couple. However come dinner/date time i don't notice it so much. Should I not take it in the am and go for about lunch time or am I just trippin. Thanks again for your time.

.2 is barely a taste from my syringe, will that be enough for a natural response if I only use it when necessary?

If I was taking as needed, not daily, id dose it at around 15mg personally or at least start at 10mg.
