Infrequent use of the AI likely caused your E2 to rise. So, there are potentially a few things driving the symptoms you are experiencing. A couple of options:
1. Blood work. As suggested, a full panel will elucidate the problem area(s).
2. Wait. In time your system will hopefully restart. PDE5 inhibitors will help with ED but won't do much for libido.
3. PCT. Some might recommend another brief PCT. That will block E2 binding (but NOT aromatase activity) but restarting your natty production and getting the levels back to normal is just gonna take time since the cycle could have been better and caused the current problems.
My preference is for option 1.
