HCG would have helped prevent the leydig cells in your testes from atrophying and shutting down. They are an important part of your body's ability to manufacture testosterone and without the HCG your testosterone may be slow to recover. Clomid when used with nolva also helps facilitate testicular function which is why it's almost universally recommended in combination with nolva for PCT. Infrequent use of the AI likely caused your E2 to rise. So, there are potentially a few things driving the symptoms you are experiencing. A couple of options:

    1. Blood work. As suggested, a full panel will elucidate the problem area(s).
    2. Wait. In time your system will hopefully restart. PDE5 inhibitors will help with ED but won't do much for libido.
    3. PCT. Some might recommend another brief PCT. That will block E2 binding (but NOT aromatase activity) but restarting your natty production and getting the levels back to normal is just gonna take time since the cycle could have been better and caused the current problems.

My preference is for option 1.

Thanks, but I'm away from home. Im in Europe and wouldn't be back to canada until the end of march. I don't know what the procedure is to get test done.It will be easier once I'm back home.

I was thinking of doing 20mg of novla with (12.5mg of aromasin or .5mg armidex) for next 2 weeks? and get test done once I'm back. As it seems like a better option than to wait and go with the option no 2.

    what you suggest?

Weird IMO. I have a lot of HGH experience,,,personal and with many I train.
Typically HGH use will not effect sex drive in a negative manner.
Are you sure your 'HGH' wasnt really HCG?
