High estrogen using Stane, advice needed

Yes, if the adex worked in the past, run that. Letro will bring that number down but I really hesitate to recommend it. My estrogen shot up to 325 once. I hit it with 5mg of Femara (2.5 x 2) and dropped it into upper normal ranges and then I resumed adex at 0.5mg for the remained of one cycle.
