165lbs at 23% indicates an awfully poor workout and nutrition knowledge. You don't even know what workouts you do and don't even know what a macronutrients is (that's carbs/protein/fat).

You need to fire your trainer and spend your money on food. Go to our nutrition forum and post up your stats and diet and let those guys look after you if you aren't a troll.
I just got off Anavar 2 months ago, and I feel my testosterone levels are somewhat back to normal.

My body fat is more like 20%, 21% now that I think about it... Firstly I haven't trained with my trainer for 8 months now.. I been training alone, I couldnt train with my trainer for more then twice/ week... not because he charges 40$/hour but because of the intensity of the workout, which increased my muscle recovery and durability exponentially.

Normally I'm only able to do 50% by myself as compared when I'm with my trainer. I predict, 20lbs to 30lbs of gain by end of april.. and then with cutting... by end of May I should be 185 lbs 12% bodyfat

I admit I'm don't know much about nutrition, however I'm taking an online course now, and I don't know how much energy/calories my body releases per day, or how many carbs/protein/fat I consume.. I'm definitely trying to get this part handled, especially because I put on fat so easily.
