    Today was the norm except I forgot shot yesterday so I banged the whole deal this am test/deca/tren/primo/250iu hcg,took 5mg dbol,12.5mg stane, 3mg cia, 1000mcg b12, 250mg RYR,1200mg NAC.
    Hell, simply working out will raise liver enzymes for up to 10 days so no worries there. Eleven pounds is nice, especially if you're not seeing much bloat.

    Yeah im pretty damn thrilled. I attribute it to all factors but mainly the diet man. Ive really stuck to it. My biggest cheat was a bowl of cheerios with skim milk and even that i fit in my macros. Ive been within 100 cals +or- every day eating very clean. Makes all the difference as I know you know.

    Yes. If you're going to build muscle, it should be LBM, IMHO. No sense in building muscle under a layer of fat.
