Is it safe to take clen with these medicines?

In about a month I'll be starting my first clen phase. I wanted to make sure the medicines/vitamins I take are safe with clenbuterol. This is what I take:

-Sudafed 1 in the morning, 1 at night (This was the one I had the biggest concern about)

    Morning only:
    -Zyrtec
    -Ibuprofen

    Night only:
-Niacin 500mg at night (was also a bit concerned about this one)
    -Milk thistle
    -Multivitamin
    -Fish oil
    -Zinc and iron
    -Benadryl

Do any of these raise any red flags for anyone? I know most of these are fine, I just wanted to list everything I take, just in case. Thanks

Do you have a lot of allergies?
And why do you need daily Ibuprofen and sudafed?

Yes, very bad allergies (especially in the spring when I'll be cutting). The sudafed is for allergies (as a decongestant) and the ibuprofen is part of a regimen to help with some tendonitis I have

if you're not over 40yo, no history of heart or bp problems, you should be fine if you stick to a sensible dose

    any insight on the sudafed?

In general, you are fine with the sudafed and clen if:

    A) Your blood pressure is under control
    B) You do not have any sort of heart arrhythmia

    I'm a pharmacist, btw.

Are you using the original formula with pseudoephedrine, or the newer one with phenylephrine?

It won't matter ... they do the same thing only phenylephrine is less potent and doesn't last as long.

Yeah that's why I was worried about the Sudafed. I'll probably ease on the side of caution while I'm on clen
