Yes, normally I would cut 15 to 20 pounds by dieting and cutting water weight like a boxer or fighter would but that kills your cardio and I wouldn't have 24 hours to recover like them sense I have to weigh in right before I compete. So I'm ganna try to move up and usually there are less people in those weight classes.
