Assuming your UK measurements coincide with the US, it seems you are taking 100mg Test twice a week - 200mg/week - which is rather high. Is this correct? From my experience, the most common starting and continuing dose is only 100mg/week. Your higher extradiol number may be the result of your higher Test dose.

Regarding hCG: Your dose doesn't seem logical. The common dose here is 250iu two times a week. Unless your measurements are different, I don't know how you would even be able to measure 4 units. Please clarify.

One very important lesson we all have learned here is to always double check your doctor and to never assume they know what they are doing. If he gave you ranges or numbers, it's your job to question and check for accuracy.
