Question about Androgel?

About 2 years ago I was on Andro gel for 6 mths for TRT and it cost a lot more than Testosterone Cypionate ; but the price of Cypionate has tripled in only a year but guys on these boards talk about coupons and have sources for Coupons from goldRx.com and you get a discount from many drug stores and brings it back into affordable range comparable to UGL prices .

The AndeoGel I took about 2 years ago was the 1.5 . I was not prescribed HCG and my Testosterone level showed no signs of increase in blood work and I did see my Estrogen levels increase ? This IMHO was a very bad choice only bad sides and no good effects I was at 78 Test level and my natural level would change as 10 with blood work every 2 mths
(78 initially)
(68 after 2 mths of AndroGel)
(4mths Test level was 79, E2 was 44)
(6 mths E2 was 52 and Test was 77 ?)

I was not a member of this forum and had no one to ask and I have no idea as to why E2 went up and the drop in Test after only 2 mths ? Again no HCG and no Ai.

Dr. changed me to Cypionate and E2 got even higher and Test level reach a high of 378 on 50 MD every 3.5 days and E2 hit 71 after this I got an Ai and found HCG from India ? Now trying to get test to level off around 600 ?

I read that long boring insert and most of it is common sense, but if you have any spare time I would recommend reading through it not so much the chemicial compounding portion as the use and there is even a recommended way to wash and to protect other on that pamplet that comes in the box. Your Dr. probably somewhat quickly told you to wash your hands and where to apply and then wash your hands again and do not come into contact with small children or women expecting children . At the same time there are a few things I have read on this forum and where to dispense is one . On the forearms What ever your dose is do pumps on one forearm at a time and say 2 pumps on left forearm and rub on right forearm and do the same for the left forearm rub onto right forearm. This method uses all the gel and doesn't require the need for washing hands or worry about transfeer to kids or females through just touch of the hand as this seems to be one of your concerns ?

IMHO if you are rubbing in with your hands you get so little from the gel you are wasting some of the presious gel that is left on your hands and by rubbing fore arms together you just roll your sleeves down and you are GTG I was told by my Dr. to wash my hands pre and post dispensing ?

TRT can be challanging if you are not fortunate to have a progressive and up to date on current TRT proticalls and knowledge is advancing daily even some things have changed since I joined this Forum in 2012 and I am pretty sure it has been around since 2006 almost 10 years is a long time for anything on the Internet ! So IMO the period of time that this forum has been around is proof of it being a valid Liget form of info and not passing out bad info intentionally

Buzzard's advice is good. Take another look at post #6 too. Everyone is different but I felt a big difference in a couple of days.

The doc did. We did some BW and my t levels were low. Don't have the scale in front of me but I know mine was 299 I think in a scale of 348-1197 and my free t levels was 4.3 on a scale of 9.6-20.?

I am just on one pack a day. I didn't even get the pump. I know what your talking about tho. Mine just comes in a little packet.

I'm about half nerves to take it. I am on day 2 going to try it. For a month and see if it helps with t levels. If not I am just going to stop. Just depends on how I feel with it. I mean I got low t levels but I don't think they are to low. I still do whatever have good energy.

Hey my young friend . If I were you I would contact 1st choice Kel Kel ,then Marcus, Muscle InK, Bonnepart, or even Lunk. All of those guys Kel Kel and I just have talked ever since I joined the forum and he is super sharp and Marcus and Musle Ink are so smart they think faster then I can digest . . lol they are all great guys and Lunk is tempered also and kel Kel was a Pro BB If I am not mistaken ? Not sure what level he reached but he has so much data to back up what he tells you and your best bet IMHO is like it or not take what Kel says to the bank and bet on it ! He really knows hos shit ! At the same time I would warn you to never trust what any one guy on a forum tells you and start doing it just because it is what you want to hear

If your profile is correct you are 26 and I am not sure who your Dr. is and how you got to where you are ? IMHO at 26 before TRT there is HCG restart and many other test to take way before you start a life time of TRT Marcus is so smart and maybe Kel has the stats as to the est. # of pins you will do in a reasonable life span; the # will shock you and you may want to rethink this TRT stuff before you even start ? Anway you are talking about 10's of 10K pins in a life time ?

If I were you I would tell them and be ready to answer some realistic questions because TRT is something you should be very afraid of and I would try everything in the world before I started TRT ! # 1 you are to young to be on TRT and you are not Shut down at 300 + Test levels IMHO you are still at a level for a possible restart ! That is a good thing !

Also not to be a spoil sport but the dosage you are taking at your age is so low IMO, you will never feel it and you are not shut down because I was at 78 and once you start TRT you are on it for life and even if you are thinking about a cycle Kel is just a youngester and can suggest what to do next as well as Marcus would be the guy that is advanced and is a wildman in the gym as far as nutrition and trainning and cycling ?

The small amout of gel you are taking you may think in the back of your mind you will try it and see what happens and I hate to burst your bubble but that won't do squat for you as far as size ? The Gel is a place to start for males over say 50 and real low like I was ? I say this as IMO not as a medicial fact and even an old guy like !

But Basiclly I am saying as my honest heart sent thoughts . . . . don't even fool with the Gel for any reason until you pm kel and share your story with him ! You may be thinking why ? Well he will not tell you to do anything he will share facts with you and you make up your own mind . Yes I did give you 2 peoples name kel is a TRT pro and knows more than ANY Dr I have met and more than most you will be able to see in the USA either way he is a good GUY and your age and your dose with the small amount of info I have read do not add up to you needing to start TRT . Have you been hit in the nuts playing sports ? Have you had a head injury ? Have you had an MRI done to see if you have a tumor ? There are so many other reasons that would cause you to have a low Test level as opposed to starting TRT because of the lack of production of Testosterone . That is a good thing to not need TRT

If you are fishing and considering dong a cycle then have all your compounds ready before you start and you need a lot more education before you cycle but don't let that run you off stick around and get very educated ! I am just saying that there is a higher chance of you having a bad Dr. than there is of you really having Low - T ! I hope I have not offended you and I only share the same thing I would my son and I have 2 older than you and I would not steer them with any different advise ?

I will throw something out there I see where you have over 125 post so because of your age I would think another member has already ask you the questions I did and aked your stats and same questions about injury and since IMHO you are still a little young to cycle but many are of the opinion that 26 up is the decission of the person and will tell you to have several years of training under your belt, already have your nutrition dialed in . This goes for TRT or cycling again know why you body is doing what , what to look for as far as E2 levels, the TRT section has a stickiy of the proper blood work to be done and the average Dr. doen't even do a male ultra sensitive Estrogen blood panel enless you request . This blood work sticky is to know why you are on TRT and the other compounds you will be taking or possibly what you need that you are not taking or you need to give blood if your RBC is to high ! All of these tools are needed to have sucessful TRT or to have a healthy life and cycle in a healthy manner ! I wish I had known a guy like Kel when I was your age ! By the time I was 28 I had abused juice like no tomorrow and it started with tabs and grew to any and everything I could get my hands on . Started at 22 and should have died from juice abuse but I was allowed to live by the powers that be and as a reminder I have Low - T and had Gyno so bad that I had to have the glands behind my nipple removed and only about 6 mths ago did the concaved dimple behind each nipple pop back out and start to fill back in with muscle again .

The answer to your last question is . . . . . all people are different and no 2 people can state as a fact what their Testosterone levels will be from day to day and state that their level is "the normal level" there is no set amount it will change from day to day ; when injecting your Testosterone level will be different on blood draw days depending on how close to blood draw your last injection was . With the AndroGel you have; I have not read wether UR using 1.5 or 1.65 by rubbing on you body it will change rapidly and absorbed immedietlly ? As I shared after 6 mths I saw no positive changes in my feelings or depression or even a rise in my Testosterone level and mine dropped and E2 went up ? I hope that my opinions and some info helps you out and also helps you make a decission ! But as far as being nervous about taking the Gel ? Really don't sweat it just do what the Dr. tells you if you are sure you have a smart Dr. and not a Bozo that just looked at your Test level and he think he is a Dr. and I can bring that Test level up with some AndroGel and make this young man happy and he will be none the worse off .

So after that sermon , lol educate yourself to the point that you know what is going on in YOUR body and you ask your Dr. a question and when he answers you know if he is BSing you or not and even to the point that when you ask him a question and he doesn't know the answer he will be honest and say I don't know the answer but I will find out . I personally would respect this Dr. so much more than a Dr. that wants you to think he knows everything and he will try to BS you .
