I try not to do cardio too much my body doesnt take it well I keep it low and moderate
I think I will just do the normal diet & also what foods do you normally eat im tired of eating the same frap
you're 21. Cardio shouldn't be that difficult. If you want to shed fat then you should do cardio.
Post what you eat and I'll make suggestions. Or take a look at peoples diet threads in here and see what they eat
