Trying to keep strength up while getting shredded. My avi shows some decent vascularity improvement but its certainly not kelkel.
All I did was make a first. Not full pump was chilling watch the ufc fight
Quick update
Currently 266lbs and climbing, feeling very uncomfortable and this weight doesn't feel right for me. I can gain weight no problems but carrying it around I struggle with but I am just using the strength this weight is giving me to try and push for some new tissue gains. I am freaky strong at the moment but still struggle with chest due to delt injury.
I am getting up at 4:30am every morning due to my work schedule but this isn't going to last long and then I can get back to normality again. Because I am getting up so early I can get in another meal so I am roughly eating around 8 meals which is why I am so heavy. I am off cycle now and been what I call clean for a few weeks just my HRT. Short blast is the way to go it just suits me far better than long cycles which just play with your head and cause more problems.
I am training around 3 days per week and I am doing around 40min each session but its extremely intense and exhausting, had someone video me the other day and its hard work watching it lol. Breaking some records and smashing the weights. I'm having a love affair with DOMS at the moment and we are deeply in love with each other..
be back soon
Pain is your friend don't be scared of it

Marcus what is your nebido protocol and how does it come out as in mg/week after taking in slow release?
Ok. The hell with this. I can't live like this anymore. The once twice maybe three times a week going to the gym. Diets off moods off. I'm off. This is my stress releaser. Today is the first day of me going back to what I love. I don't know how yet. But I know if I don't I'll go insane. I'm 193 lbs this morning and small as sh!t. Here's today's pic. This will be my motivation and accountability photo. Never will I be here again. Life does get in the way. But training is a big part of my life. So what's the point if I can't enjoy it. No more. I will find and or make time.

Get it cape! Want me to hit you with a 2:30am courtesy call? That's when I have time for it.Originally Posted by Capebuffalo

I appreciate it guys. The guy in the mirror is not what others see I guess. That makes me feel better but I still feel small. Probably because I know the lack of food I'm eating. But I'm going to figure it out. It's almost 3 I'm just eating lunch. And only the 3 rd meal today. As bad as I hate pre made shakes I may have to use them until I can get back on track.
Db inclines 1 warm 2 working (managed 100's for 4)
Smith incline 2 working with a drop
Low cable crossovers 2 working 1 drop
V bar tris 2 working with a drop.
Tomorrow I will destroy back.![]()
We all get to that place from time to time, Cape. You can't let the past be an excuse for the future. All you can do is strengthen your resolve and hit it. You're still f'n huge; and you have the experience and knowledge to get back where you want to be with a little hard work. You know how to do this. Good luck!!!
I have to work out in the mornings. If I wait till the afternoon, there is ALWAYS something. Work runs late, a client has an "emergency", wife has a "special project", or I just feel tired. At 6:00 a.m., its my time for myself - just me and the weights. That's the only way I ever found to make sure I have the time to work out consistently without anybody fvckin with me.
Is it lack of appetite or time?Originally Posted by Capebuffalo

couldn't stand it and finally hit it three days last week.
trainwreck. 255 felt like 315 a couple of months ago.
I never learn to ease into it either. so sore. everything is damaged.
In the back of my mind I still wish I could destroy tissue this bad on a regular basis.
I hate the meal replacement game also. but I take it where I can get it right now.
Your pic ain't too shabby man. But like you said, this shit is almost a disease... its in the eye of the beholder.
I'm going to do negatives tonight on major movements, I bet I shit myself.
I'll be in the same boat soon. I'm changing companies next week, been with this one 20 years. I'll be working alot more hours and getting paid alot more but have less time to eat during the day. Knowing this I brought one whole food meal with me and three shakes consisting of 2 cups pastuerised egg whites and 7 oz. Sweet potatoes blended together with cinnamon. Kind of tastes like pumpkin pie filling. We'll see how this goes, gotta get my macros in. I just hope my gym time and intensity doesn't suffer to much.
It was always a combination of the two that held me back from gaining. So I've had to go the shake route in my diet to keep the scale going up, granted I'm only taking in 60g of my protein from powder. My problem is getting down enough good carb content since most sources double or triple in volume when cooked. I've been drinking a majority of my carbs for the last few months, I'll sit down with my meals and start with the meat then move on to my carb option for that meal and eat til I hit the wall and can't stomach another bite. That's the point I dump a cup of dry oats into about 6-8 oz of water and chug it down. I also have one sometimes 2 meals during the day where I just start with eggs or chicken then chug the oats rather than trying to eat a cooked option at all. Takes me less than 5 min to eat 6 scrambled eggs and chug the oats down.Originally Posted by Capebuffalo
Don't know if it helps at all, just throwing out what I've been doing.
Those aren't the shakes I dislike. Because they are real food per say. I do the egg white Greek yogurt and either oats or grits. But I'll have to be having the powdered store made ones that you add water and shake.
I can put down 8 egg whites a cup of oats/grits and yogurt in 30 seconds. Lol
Better to hit it with shakes than not at all.Originally Posted by Capebuffalo

Great chest and arm workout today! Just one of those days where "nothing" hurt. And we all know that we usually have at least one thing that hurts on a daily basis. At least I do...
Inclines (Smith today): One heavy with double drop.
Flats: One heavy with one drop.
Flyes: Two straight sets
Preacher curls: Two sets heavy. No drops or RP's
Barbell curls: Same as above.
Pushdowns: Two heavy. Drop on last set.
Cable skull crushers: Two straight
Reverse pushdowns (think dips): Two heavy
Stay the course. Get it when you can and kill it when you do. I'm just going to make more time. Sleep is over rated. Not like I get more than 4-6 hrs a night. So might as well be working out. I honestly just can't take not training anymore.
I know your diet is kicking my diets ass.
