Ok, I´ve never heard that before...
For example a normal guy produces maybe 70-100 mg of test per week, if i recall correctly and does not need AI.
Why do you need it when you use 100-150 mg of test per week?
As for the benefits of AI, I´ve never gotten any symptoms of gyno and been able to keep bloat down by managing my diet, how will Adex help me if i´m not experiencing gyno sympthoms?

I have how ever never cycled with it before and there for am curious to see what to expect when using it with test.
The reason I mention 1mg eod is that most of the stuff here in Iceland is underdosed..
You should use it in the presence of any aromatizable steroid not just test. It should be a part of the test tren cycle you mentioned as well. You can expect it to lower estradiol and minimize it's side effects.

Elevated estradiol is bad. Just bc you didn't bloat or get gyno doesn't mean your estradiol levels weren't high.

He's not saying you necessarily need an AI at a TRT dose but you very well may. Some do some don't. Blood work will answer that for you.

some people on TRT don't need an AI, and some do.. get blood work done to check your E2 levels.. and everything else..

gyno is only 1 of 100 problems you could experience if you don't control your E2..
