After about 4 weeks, how are you looking compared to when you started? Happy with the results thus far?

Honestly, not really. I am starting to think my expectations are a bit unrealistic. We shall see, when the scan say 10-12% I will be (maybe) happy and move on to the next part of this journey.

Would love to see the types of foods you are eating and when.. I am not really a firm believer of Calories in Calories out, IMHO, your body responds to foods differently... When you consume something your body doesn't agree with, systemic inflammation occurs, plays havoc on your body keeping you from your goals..

Mind posting a "normal" daily food intake?

From what I can see below, the day consisted of Eggs, mayonnaise, Caviar, Kielbasa, and some sort of meaty pizza pastry with the Arla brand..??

My biggest concern would be that there isn't enough Nutrition in your meals, especially Fiber as you can see there was 0 Grams consumed that day..

I understand that you are losing weight however at some point your body is going to get really angry at you as there isnt enough Vitamins and Minerals being consumed by real food.. If the below is something that you eat on a daily basis I would be concerned...
