At first this was extremely hard for me to complete, but it´s getting easier now so I´m wondering if I should change it up. I defenetly want to keep this up, that is starting every other workout day by doing abs since I´m seeing good progress, just wondering if it would be a good idea to change it up, plus the leg lifts are giving my some lower back pain..

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
If your training is focused around the big compound lifts I see no need to work and so frequently and much. No matter the training abs are made and shown off through your work in the kitchen. Personally I train 3x/wk and do weighted incline sit-ups one day, weighted leg raises another day, and weighted planks the final day. 3-4sets of each and call it a day. My abs are being worked through squats, deadlifts, press and bench press, power cleans etc.
