diet I think is pretty good im eating 365g carbs 265g protein and 35g of fat everyday which is 9 eggwhites 2 wholegrain bread then 60g oatmeal then 4 meals of brown rice one chicken breast and veg spred out around 2 1/2 hrs gap I also have a shake n banana after training n a casein before bed all this is app.2,800 cals I eat this everyday with a cheatmeal once a weekish![]()
