Wrong injection coughed and bled a lot!

Hello,

I think I injected wrong today on my thigh.. I bleed more than usual.. My muscle were harder than usual today idk why..
Does injecting into a vein means that injection went to waste or effect is decreased? I had trouble breethingfor 3 minutes maybe..

I doubt this unless the blood was oily. I mean vessels are not only deep but most superficial so the oil should be deeper some may key word may have came back out but I've only had that once and no way was it my full shot. But it is a solid point.
