    Currently i am eating 221g of protein, 170g of carbs, 36g of fats but my diet was different when i got test done because that was a month or 2 ago i was eating less so maybe it will raise now. I believe i took the test around 3:30pm - 4:30pm and did not workout that day but did the day before. Do you think my macros are right as of now? Im trying to clean bulk.

    What are your stats? It's likely your dietary fat intake is deficient which can lower hormonal levels. Also testosterone and LH production works on a diurnal rhythm meaning they are highest upon waking and drop off after that. Unless you woke up close to 3:30-4:30 chances are they would have been significantly higher had you tested upon waking.
