    So I've probably been drinking too much water to begin with? Besides water I consume sports drinks i.e. Powerade & Gatorade but this is usually around workout time & postworkout when I take my BCAAs.

    As for the rehydration fluids, I guess you're talking about electrolytes & such. Can you recommend any foods to eat?
