I wouldn't. You can be sanitary but the needle dulling will start tearing through the rubber stopper. Needles are too cheap for multi-use.

Also im on trt and recently low t.com stopped sending bore needles due to people running out of medication to soon is it absolutely necessary to use a bore needle
