Guys, the E2 numbers from the lab here in Oz are expressed in pmol/l, so divide by 3.76 to convert to pg/ml which would be 23.7pg/ml. Pretty good I thought.
Yes, free T is down a bit, which is why I have been taking nettle root to try to drop the SHBG a bit and therefore increase free T – but I don’t think it does much ie. numbers don’t look much different with or without it.
I am wondering whether to increase T from 80 mg to 90 – 100mg/wk to see if that brings up free T into range and/or to take some caber. I like to take a minimalist approach ie. don’t want to take stuff for the sake of it. What do you think? JH.

OK sorry missed that. In that case it's actually might be a beneficial to have a little more E2. It's better to be near the upper range around 40-45 so maybe add a little more test. I would hold off on caber or anything to see how you feel without it and how your blood work comes out.

Thanks for the comments - I will drop azole to 0.2gm/wk and increase T from 80 to 90mg/wk. I find viagra and cialis not to be much help surprisingly. It all seems quite a fickle equation. JH.
