I always point them straight to Pattaya Secrets site. One of my favorites until my work blocked it. I cant log on at home because if the woman sees it she would cut me off and I dont mean as in no sex, I mean with a knife. lol Damn Filipino women are so jealous. I just checked out that site. So a "superior" room at their Secrets boutique hotel is about 1095 BHT That's like $33 right? If I go there and I don't comeback, don't worry, I died a happy man.

Yup, I have stayed there a few times and made some good "friends" who worked there. The owner is a really good guy also and I got to know a few expats who hand out there a lot. One guy works on a oil rig just off shore and I tried to get him to get me a job there. He said I probably could in IT but I never followed through. Hmm I need to give him a should, he actually lives in the Philippines but visits Thailand a lot.

It's a great site/forum for getting a LOT of good information. I spent a good 6 months on the forum before my 1st trip. I though I was pretty ready before I went but I quickly learned I had made one serious mistake; making plans on what to do, where to go, what to see. Dont make plans, just play it by ear day by day. It's just how it works.

LOL yeah pretty silly huh? I had no idea how distracted I would be. Since I am somewhat shy, not forward at all I figured it might take a day or two for a good hookup. I got to my hotel around 12pm. I dropped my bags on the bed and headed out to see what was going on around 12:30 I was back in my room at 12:50 with my first conquest. lol

Thats when I knew there was no reason to make plans of any kind. I did eventually go visit one of the big temples and take a 2hr elephant ride and NO I dont mean the kind Cap rides. lol
