Thread: Test E & Dbol cycle

    Test E & Dbol cycle

I'm needing some help with my first cycle.

    Stats:
    21 years old
    193lbs
    13-14% body fat
    Lifting for 3 years.
Diet is macro based for a moderate (clean) bulk

I've done the research and I know there's risk with doing it at my age. I'm confident that my growth plates have grown together. I haven't grown in 3 years. I know the risks for my endocrine system as well.

    My plan:
    Weeks 1-6:
    Dbol 20mg/day
    Weeks 1-12:
    Test E 500mg per week (250mg Monday-250mg Thursday)
    Arimidex .5mg/eod
    Weeks 13-16:
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

What I need some help with is the correct dosage for on cycle arimidex and my post cycle.
I assume it will be nolvadex but I'm unsure with the dosage.

    Thanks for your help gentlemen.

No need to bump. Members will eventually respond. Most will not condone use at 21 years of age. The issue is not your growth plates, rather your neuroendocrine system. Plenty of guys on here your age who ran perfect cycles and now can't produce testosterone on they own, have libido issues, and psychological problems (depression/anxiety).

I'm a neurologist practicing for 18 years. I can assure you that the odds are that your endocrine system has not reached peak maturation.

Give members an opportunity to reply and they will. Unfortunately I can not condone anabolic use at your age but perhaps others will offer advice specific to your interests.

    Best of luck.

I have read the young and steroids thread a few times through my research.
I've also looked through medical studies, research and spoken with a few professors at my university about it.

I've found a lot of varying answers. Everything from age 20 to age 30 and there doesn't seem to be a consensus. I wanted to start at age 19, but put it off until 21 because that seemed to be the minimum advisable age from most individuals I have spoken with.

I'm aware it can be potentially risky, I just want to be sure that if I decide to do it; I do it correctly so I don't cause myself any unnecessary damage.

I would like to see a study with statistically significant evidence showing no difference between using anabolic substances at 20 years old or say 30. Then I would believe you, until then I am going to rely on the numerous, and I mean numerous, studies out there showing the negative impacts of AAS on biological growth of all kinds. At 21 there are most likely parts of you still growing, to include your endocrine system that MuscleInk mentioned.

If you truly want to do it correctly then wait a little longer. The women and weights aren't going anywhere. There is more to growing than just height and your skull.

Keep in mind there are no guarantees....and I mean no disrespect to my academic fellows (I taught in university and practiced medicine for many years) but reading about anabolics and knowing first hand the trials and tribulations is very different. Medical school provided me with a foundation but it was nothing compared to being in practice and treating patients daily. Text book learning never replaces real world experiences. I'm working with a young man your age. He ran one cycle and followed the proper protocol to the letter. It's been nearly a year and he can't maintain erections, is producing less testosterone than an 80 year old male, can't keep his gains because his testosterone is too low and has depression and sleep problems. Most guys your age say they are ready, but when problems arise they wish they had waited. You'll find plenty of people on here who will say "I wish I had listened and waited". The choice is yours to make but remember, sometimes you can't undo what's been done.

I wasn't saying they're is no difference in the effects. I was saying I've seen conflicting opinions on when natural test reaches it's peak, sorry for the confusion.

As I have stated: I'm aware of the potential risks and damage to my endocrine system. I have researched it quite a bit. I'm still undecided if I am even going to run this cycle at this time.

However, I just want to know that if I do run this cycle, I will be running it correctly.

.25mg adex would likely be enough
HCG should be used during your cycle
Clomid should be added to the PCT
Dbol isn't really necessary the first time.

Most guys that say they likely won't but are asking these questions, have already made up their mind.
