I hope that's not your first cycle.

I agree with BackInBlack, the avie is certainly not 12% bf.

The standard Atkins diet, although somewhat similar to the precontest diet is too high fats and cholesterol for a bb'er...unless he modifies it for those two factors. Even a cutting/precontest dieter should regularly consume vegetables, and cycle complex carbs in every few days for their respective benefits.

All macronutrients (fats, carbs, and proteins) when consumed in excess of expenditure, can be stored as fat, especially during times of inactivity (which reduces expenditure) like before bed. That's precisely what 'stored fat' is - excessive calories that were not metabolized into energy, or eliminated from the body as waste. However, fruits and vegetables do not contribute to this because of their composition (very low cal, water-based, largely insoluble fiber; with a couple exceptions). Consequently, a grapefruit before bed is not harmful to the physique.

DNP like Chemotherapy, can be a useful poison, but both are still POISONS

Respectfully, I have to disagree. Carbs and especially protein are RARELY, if ever, stored as fat. Even in normal excess. DNL is rare in humans. If you have an excess of carbs or protein it simply means you burn more of them and tap into stored fat as energy less. Total net fat stores will have gone up but not bc carbs and protein were stored, simply bc their intake means less fatty acid oxidation for energy.

Eating before bed will not increase fat anymore than an isocaloric meal would at any other time of day. It's not the time or activity levels, it's overall balance. All recent and relevant research points to nutrient timing being nothing more than individual preferences.

Fruits and vegetables would most certainly add to the problem but not directly; as I mentioned above they'd not be stored directly.

Consequently, neither is any other fruit, or food/meal, that fits into your energy needs harmful to one's physique if taken before bed.
