Regarding Test E only cycle and AI

AI is Anastrozole.
Was under the impression running hcg was not needed during Test E only, but can get some. Can I start running that at week 3 along with the AI?
I have clomid on hand so I can run that alongside Torem

Running a test cycle is exactly why you would want to run hcg alongside to maintain some testicular function
