Kinda hard to give an accurate guess by not knowing height weight and only seeing half ur body.

But I'd shoot and say 11-12%

Works for me - On the digital caliper I have, it said 10.6% but, I don't take that as a fact

I just care about the calibrated eye ball

But, I'm 5'10" and right at 205 right now.
