    Protein does look a little high. I would add in more fruits and vegetables...especially vegetables.

    can that be a bad thing? vegetables are added to every meal besides breaky/before bed

    The more veggies the better. They have your micronutients and they help keep your body's pH level normal. Eating meat causes your body to go in to a more acidic state. Vegetables cause your body to go into an alkaline state, so you want a balance.
