That was a good video of her, I didn't know she does CrossFit workouts as well.
I wonder if that helps or harms her progress for getting on stage. She said it helps her keep the athletic look she's strives for but I wonder as far as muscle symmetry, how it would help.
I still do not see the point of CrossFit. I get that it's a challenge and a numbers game. Let's see how many reps of this weight we can do in this allotted amount of time but as she said on her last set of cleans she was using every muscle possible to get the bar over her head. Granted Dana is a professional and knows how to properly train, your average gym goer is at high risk for injury with that thought process.

Her form on the cleans was brutal - rounded back picking up the barbell, no hip drive, reverse curl, slow elbows. That hurt to watch. Just because you know one sport, doesn't mean you know the other.
