Just curious why 12.5mcg for your starting point? Seems low?
I have done a lot of research and suggests to ramp up. If take too much, will make lethargic which would be ok if I laid around all day watching reality shows and eating Bon Bons. I don't know how much I can tolerate so better to ramp up. Too much will put me down and I can't afford to be tired all day.Originally Posted by michael30

Some gals only run 3 week cycles which seems ineffective. I had BW done and my thyroid is functioning normally. Will have bloodwork done after cycle.
it as in clen also gives me the shakes! i dislike clem but need to take something with t3 to slow the muscle loss. I am not ready to stack with var or primo yet.
too much as in t3 will cause tiredness is overshoot out of the gate. better to regulate metabolism SLOWLY.![]()

I only cycled with clen once. I did everything I was supposed to do, ramp up to a mild dose. regardless, the shakes were significant, so much so that when I signed a document, it looked like I had parkensons. not good. and a huge tip off that something is up with me. I prefer compounds that are a bit more subtle. And it made me grouchy too. do you get grouchy?
Not grouchy but my blood pressure was elevated and I couldn't write or sign anything at highest dosage within 2 hrs of taking. . I will not go up to 120 this time.
